About me

Irena Kaňoková

I am an expert in fitness training, compensatory exercises and exercises in pregnancy and after childbirth. I began my journey in the fitness world in 2001 when I qualified as a fitness instructor and conditioning coach at the Tonus Fitness Institute. I further expanded my education to include a degree in Movement and Health with a focus on Yoga and Yoga Therapy at FTVS, which I successfully completed between 2012-2015.

 

I have more than 20 years of experience in Blue Orange, where I have been involved not only in fitness training, but also in health physical education with an emphasis on correct posture. I always try to tailor the workout to the individual needs of my clients. When working with new clients, I take a close interest in their health and goals in order to create the most effective and safe training plan.

 

Over the years, I have expanded my practice to include training youth and older adults, including retirees who want to stay fit and healthy. I pay special attention to exercise for pregnant and postpartum women, which has led me to the fact that most of my clients are women.

 

My approach combines my expertise in fitness and yoga, allowing me to provide comprehensive and balanced workouts for all ages and fitness levels. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and improve your fitness and health.
